Sponsor support fee should be transferred to the bank account of legal entity - Institute of High Current Electronics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Science, Tomsk. Remittance of funds on the sponsor support will be on the basis of a donation contract. Appropriate contract will be prepared and sent to your organization. For drawing up the contract is necessary to provide following information in writing:
- Full identification of your organization
- Name, surname and a position of the member of the organization, authorized to sign the present contract
- Selected sponsorship level or the sum of the sponsor support in rubles.
In despite of the fact that the symposium will be organized in 2012, we are very grateful for the earliest terms of sponsor means acceptance as the preparation process of such important event has already started. Besides, the early determination on the full amount of the sponsor's support allows us to estimate the organizational fee more accurately reasonably.
